What’s for breakfast?

How many times has your family asked this question, just after asking what’s for dinner? Food is a mainstay in most family lives. It is the time we come together to plan our day or to discuss our day. Or at least should be whenever possible. The family that eats together, stays together. It works for my family.

Breakfast is supposed to be the largest meal of the day. This is where you will get your energy to keep you going throughout the day. We,  Americans, have forgotten this little tiny tidbit. You can read more here about the benefits of eating breakfast.
