Roast Beef Hash

Roast Beef Hash:

Cook Time 10 minutes
Cook Temp Medium High
Number 4 servings
Prep Time 10 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Shredded cooked roast beef
  • 1 can new potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

  1. Place left over roast beef in food processor to shred.
  2. Open and drain can of potatoes and then dice.
  3. Melt butter in pan.
  4. Add meat and potatoes to pan
  5. Cook on medium high heat until meat and potatoes are hot, stirring occasionally.
