What We Are Eating This Week

Homemade potato soup.

I am not going to hold down to a specific day of the week for meals, not just yet we are still working on developing new routines. But I do have an idea of what we will be eating this week for our meals.

For breakfast we have a choice of:

  • Oatmeal
  • Cold cereal
  • Eggs
  • French Toast
  • Pancakes
Lunches we can choose from:
  • Lunch meats
  • Left overs
  • Salad
  • Soup
Dinners ideas for the week:
  • Chinese to include egg rolls and stir fry
  • Easter dinner Roast, cucumber salad, and various other sides TBD
  • Oven baked fried chicken with veggies and fresh bread
  • Spaghetti with garlic bread
  • Cheeseburgers with kale chips
  • BBQ pork
  • Nachos with homemade tortilla chips, ground beef, fresh salsa
Snacks:
  • Fruits
  • Veggies
  • Homemade tortilla chips
  • Yogurt
  • Popcorn
  • Ice cream
  • Popsicles
